The Urban Tree Festival started in London, and 2025 will be the seventh Festival. It has established itself as a key event in the environmental calendar in London and beyond, putting on a varied mix of in person and online events.

OUR IMPACT IN 2023

65 events across 13th-21st May 2023 in total, including:

  • 52 in-person events – 3000 in attendance.

  • 1000 people passing through our daytime event in Camley St. Natural Park, Kings Cross

  • Evening Event - Morris Folk Choir ‘Through the Trees’ sell-out performance

  • 6 online events – 222 in attendance

  • 4 x week-long activities

  • 3 x Facebook Live webinars

  • 100+ contributors, including;

  • Special screening of the ‘Happy Man Tree’ film with panel discussion at the Castle Cinema, Homerton

  • Events with a specific focus on under-represented audiences, organised in partnership with community groups.

  • The festival had 8,500 followers across social media channels, up 15% yr/yr.
